The doctor sat or knelt down next to the patient instead of standing over him - he talked more to te doctor than he had to any in the hospital - he said it was because he sat down at his level. Ice in the water - lovely. A proper taste of tea - lovely. A cup tie could hold and drink from - thank you. A bright room - colored bed cover - stripped chairs - didn't feel like a hospital room. A bird fed outside the window - a view a window that opened - we could hear birds singing - all made it feel so much more natural and a bit like home. You said we could bring the dog in - his most important visitor! I was shown around the facilities - family room, loo, coffee etc so I felt welcome and at ease. People remembered our names. Thank you.

The care has been outstanding, every person whether a nursing staff or voluntary have been truly amazing. The support they have given us as a family has been fantastic. The nursing staff really are angels.
